  Love this place for body work. Jay is amazing and helped me with my running for SeaWheeze this year. The pistol squat progressions and video diagnosis helped to pin point some areas that needed attention. Highly recommend.

  Sabrina has been amazing through this whole process. She listens to me incredibly well and I never feel disregarded in my pain or experiences. She's come up with multiple solutions for me to try and never attempts to force my body into one routine. Instead, she always searches for the one that works best for me. Her sense of humor and kindness have been really wonderful throughout everything.
  Casey at the front desk is always helpful and great to talk to. He was helpful with my insurance being weird and I am forever grateful for his help.
  Therapydia is a fantastic place and I'm glad I chose them to help me heal.

  Therapydia is a wonderful PT clinic! I came here to see a Vertigo specialist and received excellent care, including a couple email follow-ups after my appointment. I would 100% recommend Therapydia to anyone who is looking for/needing PT for any condition.

  I’ve been seeing Tony for a couple years now. I’ve always had a great experience with him in the past and love his approach. He does a great job of supporting me through the rehab process and letting me know when it’s ok to test things and when to back off. His way of coaching you through the whole experience helps you to understand that healing is a process and involves both the body and mind.

  I’ve enjoyed working with the physical therapists at Therapydia. Sabrina, Emily and Tony do a great job at finding a proper care plan designed around specific needs and they really seem to care for their patients’ well-being. I also appreciate the natural candor they bring to their profession, which makes the care they provide feel more comfortable overall. Shout out to Casey and the front desk team for also providing awesome service and always going the extra mile for us as well. Highly recommended team of great people.
