Navarre

This place was pretty good. The vegetables were not super tasty but everything else was. Lovely cocktails, attentive staff. You do have to order several plates so sharing is probably best.

Flavorful dishes. Olive oil was bursting with flavor. Service great. Can't wait to return.

What an amazing dinner we had at Navarre. Lentil salad with HB eggs was absolutely perfect. Sweet, savory, sour ... nicely seasoned mustard greens, Perfectly cooked hanger steak.. everything was super simple and delicious. We enjoyed our meal a lot. definetely we will be back . Thank you

This is one of the better spots in Portland to have a nice dinner amongst the limitations of the pandemic. The outdoor seating is comfortable and spacious. The food is great. However, the service is what truly impressed me. I was helped by two people and they made sure I was taken care of, with great suggestions and a genuine attitude. I do not usually give out 5 stars, but Navarre was exceptional.

This has been my favorite restaurant for over a decade. You can always get one of the awesome mainstays but something new and fresh. I love the bird, and phoebe's devils food cake. Pam has never picked a bad wine for me.
