  Super friendly and helpful dr and staff. Place felt very clean, safe and prepared for covid-era operations. They’ve taken every precaution. I was there during appointed time slot. Didn’t feel at all rushed even though I had the place to myself. Definitely recommend.

  I had an emergency painful issue for my eye and I was able to get in same day for an appointment! The doctor was patient, kind, examined my eye, and treated it with almost instantaneous relief. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and care.

  I’ve been going to Myoptic (Burnside) for 3 yrs and can’t praise this location enough for it’s very easy to communicate with, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Lots of brands and different style frames for accommodating everyone’s sexy look.!

  Great experience. Really professional and the optometrist was more helpful than anyone I've seen previously in explaining my eye and how adjustments, allergies affect my vision and eyes.

  Been in here a couple times, both for an eye exam and to pick out new frames. Everyone is always super helpful and patient, especially when it comes to insurance and comparing prices. It's nice that they have a smaller space with just a couple of staff members, the experience is always very personalized and the selection of frames feels very well curated. I found a pair of frames that I really liked but they didn't have the color I wanted, and they were able to order them from another location so I could try them on before purchasing. So excited to get my new glasses, thanks for making the experience hassle-free!
