  I was suffering from sciatica pain on left side running down my leg and into my foot. After 2 months of treatment 3-4 times a week I was able to return to work. I’m a local plumber and am always putting my body in very awkward positions, with the help of doctor Thomas I was able to realize what I was doing wrong and able to better self identify ways to keep my back healthy. I’m extremely great full for all there help!!!

  Dr. Rodney is a miracle worker! His positive and thoughtful approach to physical therapy has been decisive in my healthy recovery from a severe back injury. Dr. Rodney and the rest of the Move Better team gave me invaluable advice and coached me every step of the way. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, I'm now better than ever.   The Team at Move Better Chiropractic is top notch! Their unique approach to Chiropractic care is revolved around re-establishing a recovering a baseline of movement and body mechanics. What they offer is truly a holistic approach to injury recovery and rehabilitation through carefully thought out visits. They do bot waste your time and truly value the time you spend together. I highly recommend their services! They will change the way you view Chiropractic Medicine.

  The practitioners at Move Better Chiropractic are true experts in movement. I'm a movement professional myself, and yet I learned a lot. Even in just four session, I got improvement in my core stability, glut firing. hamstring/quad balance, and shoulder stabilization. This approach is helping me sort out some long-standing physical issues and achieve a higher level of performance both at the gym and in daily life. The staff are friendly and the pricing is very fair, especially for the amount of time they spend with each person - often a full hour (allow 90 min for the initial exam). A typical session includes movement retraining (dress appropriately!), tissue work, and a chiropractic adjustment. Their adjusting approach is gentle and skillful - if a more aggressive adjustment is needed, they will ramp it up. I've received work from 3 of the 4 doctors at this office and all of them are excellent.
  Dr. Whitney came to my house and adjusted my cats. She was gentle and patient with them. Her evaluation was thorough and she showed me some ways to work on them myself. She also adjusts dogs and horses (and humans). Pretty cool.
