I have to say I am very impressed with the Gracelen Terrace and their employees. They are professional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Alzheimer's is a horrible disease and they are able to handle issues that other facilities did poorly. I am very comfortable with my husband in their care as he is a handful and is doing very well under their supervision. I am so lucky that Providence Eldercare advised this placement.
To someone who doesn't have a relative with late stage Alzheimer's or some other horrific memory loss disease, Gracelen Terrace might appear to be less than the safe haven it is. My husband is a resident because I can't give him the best care anymore. I have personally observed that the staff members are respectful to the residents and gentle in their interactions. Few people want to put a relative in a home but since I can't do it myself I'm glad he is in Gracelen Terrace.
Great caring staff, quiet setting and pleasant grounds to walk around in.
