Needed an affordable storage unit for my son's furniture and belongings over the summer. This was a good location for us, and the spaces were clean and accessible. Renting and move-out were seamless and the cold bottle of water offered when we got settled was very appreciated! Good experience, and we will rent a storage unit from here again if needed in the future.

This place has 100% best customer service. Ben was so helpful, check in was so fast. When you come here make sure that Ben is working. Thanks again.

The best part of using Watson & Taylor was the customer service, they were truly a joy to work with. Very polite and gave curtesy calls when need be- everyone was always so friendly. You also can't beat the price! Highly recommend this storage company.

Used this storage for a short transition into a new apartment. I was moving from out of the state and Amber answered ALL of my questions and was extremely helpful. She was an amazing first point of contact when dealing with this location.

They have an online portal which makes it super easy and convenient to pre-pay and get all set up. Which is especially convenient moving from IL to TX. After completing my portal information, I received an email that a staff member would call me and less than 5mins later, Ben, the GM of the location, called me and explained everything to me.

The whole process was seamless, convenient and close to the location needed and most importantly, the staff was great! I will definitely recommend this location to others and will use their services in the future if needed.

This review is long overdue. Ben is just the best person, ever! He is so easy to work with and on top of things. I was going through a stressful time and needed a unit. He took the time to show me the available units, and is such a positive person. I know it is just renting a storage unit, but what I was needing to store was very dear to my heart and he made sure I felt comfortable and right at home. I've had a lot of storage units in my life time and because of the amazing service I've received here, I will not go anywhere else for my storage needs, moving forward. At Watson & Taylor in East Austin, you aren't just another customer or another number, you become part of the Watson & Taylor family. Believe me when I say, the service is very personable and that is hard to come by at storage facilities.

My friends dad works there and he's pretty cool so they gotta be good.
