I’m very pleased with my recent service here. After a different service provider told me my chipper needed a new motor at a cost of 7,500 😱, I had it brought to WTD. Michael got right to it and assured me the motor was fine. 😅
It was repaired promptly and is back in action. Also the place is well stocked with tree tools and equipment.

We bought a stump grinder from WTD. It was a nice machine, but had electrical problems. They did everything necessary to solve the issue.
Unfortunately, the Kohler motor was defective, so they sent me a new one.
This experience proved to me...that WTD will stand behind their products, no matter what it takes. I wish everyone was as diligent and professional as the whole crew at WTD.

Great store for the working arborist, tree man or woman. This place has nearly everything you could possibly to get the job done. Whenever they dont have something, they are extremely receptive to our needs and are quick to order a few. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am glad they exist.
