The staff it's very friendly and more than willing to help with tech issues and will relate personal experiences based on products and equipment. Their shipping department does first rate packing and most orders are shipped out the same day they are received. I was once accidentally charged twice for a small inexpensive item and someone in their bookkeeping department called me back and alerted me to this before I ever realized it.
As I've mentioned before the folks at West coast sailing are on the ball. I would highly recommend anyone in need of quality gear, equipment or advice make West Coast sailing your first call. -
