    Moving is never easy Ashlee was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I really loved her personality. Super personable I'm really glad I got to experience her as my customer service person and treated me with respect. Made a super stressful events a little bit easier to manage. It was nice of you to ask her a bunch of questions. And she was great at explaining it to me. Guys are lucky to have are you better give her a raise

    This is my second or third time renting here. The staff are so friendly and through, I choose this place over one closer to my home. They are responsive to everything and willing to help. Professional, great customer service.

    We got bad information at another location but Ashley went above and beyond to make it right and ensure we were all taken care of. Ashley and Ian made moving to a new city and state in the middle of a pandemic so much easier and less stressful. Also, a huge shout out to Lavinia. My kids went to the bathroom without telling me and she helped me find them. All around this is the best U-Haul location anyone could ask for.
