  I purchased a Hoist Elite universal gym at the Hayden Island location, but the press arm I wanted was on backorder with no reliable ETA. Jim was kind enough to remove the press arm from the showroom model and consolidated it with the rest of the machine so I could make one will-call trip to the warehouse in Clackamas. Fast forward six weeks, and I was finally done with construction on the workout room and ready to assemble. Once I reached a certain point, I realized part of the press arm assembly component was missing. After an extensive search to no avail, I called an spoke with Dan at the Hayden Island location about the issue, Dan and Jim both went above and beyond to help. Jim set it up for me that not only were they going to get the parts I needed, but he was sending a team to install it, and to finish the assembly of the unit free of charge. While Jim and I were talking, it occurred to me that we'd transported the machine in my son's truck, and that it was possible some parts may have been left in the cab. It was the only place we hadn't looked. I found the missing parts and all ended well. Jim's team didn't have to come out, but the point to make here was that they were willing to do whatever it takes to make things right and make sure that I am happy. I highly recommend Jim, Dan, and the rest of their great team.

  I have purchased equipment from this company for 22 years. I owned a treadmill they honored the warranty and replaced the deck 3 times in its lifetime. I just purchased a new treadmill from them and am receiving the same great service. Are they the cheapest? NOPE. However, I am a value shopper. This company stands behind its value. If you want Walmart, go to the competitor. Do you want to live as a winner? Patronize a store for winners.

  Great service and friendly staff. They have a nice selection of high quality exercise equipment. We have a home gym, bike and just added a new treadmill. We couldn't be happier! Delivery crew was super too.

  What a great place. I was in the market for a rowing machine. Emailed back and forth a couple of times asking questions . I went in the store today and was met by a helpful knowledgeable employee. Came home with an awesome machine. Buy local and get excellent price and service.
