  Lori was very pleasant and patient. She gave all the information I needed to in order to use the storage. So far I'm really satisfied with the service.

  I had to come in here today to fill out some forms for a storage unit in another state, but the service here was so surprisingly warm and welcoming! The kind lady at the service counter explained everything, and greeted me with a smile and great energy. Completely unexpected as I've been to other competitor storage places (not naming names), and those have been underwhelming experiences. This place deserves all of the business because she made it so easy, was genuine, and hassle-free during an already stressful move!

  My experiences with this public storage facility was very good. I had no problems what-so-ever. Lori was the person I dealt with when ever I was there, most of the time. She was very professional, and helpful all the time. I felt she was genuine and cared about her job, and the people she worked with. She is a good listener, and a very nice person to talk to. I feel she is a great access to the company. It was a pleasure working with her.
