My 4 Runner was stolen, trashed, then totaled. It ended up at Sergeants. I went to try and salvage any keepsakes and take photos for my insurance. Ivy at the front desk was on the ball, awesome, compassionate and even tried to cheer me up by talking with me as she walked me out into the lot. Sergeants is lucky to have her and I was lucky to have her help. The only male staff member that approached me was offering to let me drive my rental car into the lot or get me a buggy to make it easier to carry my stuff. I was fine, however recognized the authenticity of his offer. I was left alone while I did what I needed to do which made me feel like my boundaries were respected without having to say anything.
Genuinely good folks doing a good job.

The only way to buy an inexpensive used car. Usually about ,70-100 cars, many of them run drive or need minor repairs, sometimes no keys but a locksmith attends so take a chance..maybe get a winner.
