(June 30, 2021, 3:14 pm)I have nothing but praise for JB Hunt, from the delivery person Steve Smith to the staff on the phone. Everyone I spoke to was sincere, helpful and went out of there way to assist me. Steve recognized that there was some confusion in the order and took steps on his own to correct the problem and allow us to have a working refrigerator when he left. We had been without a refrigerator for 6 weeks (not due to anything JB Hunt did or didn’t do), so you can imagine we were at wits end. JB Hunt was the first company we spoke to who seemed to actually care and who stepped outside of pointing the finger at others. Since it was true for everyone we spoke to I have to believe this company must promote these values and am truly grateful that the ordeal ended at their doorstop - otherwise I would still be seeking someone to finish the job.
