  So Manny factors that play into the service. Initially, I want to give them a 4 solid star rating cause the people that actually work at this place are amazing (they are professional, and courteous with a beautiful mix of personalization, cause let's face it people that get an DUI aren't having the best days so they sympathize to an extent)
  The only thing though is the phone number to the accual place when you need it isn't the one listed on Google map it directs you to headquarters/call center somewhere else. Twice that I called and the wait time to be next in my personal experience was more then ideal, they had an option of a call back.. I never had a call back ? ever.
  The second time that I called was doing the same thing so I hung up after a good 15-25 min and called as a "new" user and got an answer faster and got transferred to a gentleman that was on the phone with me for a good 5ish minutes trying to do a diagnostic cause the ignition Lock was displaying a device error and answering questions.
  Over all I would definitely use this place IF I ever get into trouble again (which I promise never to drink and drive again)
  I would recommend this place but I don't know how I feel about the call center for help when I have a harder time reaching to them (one of the menu for existing members it gives you the phone number for the place where you go to calibrate your vehicle... I would recommend you just input it on your phone and avoid the 503 number. If your just setting up appointment or have legit minor question about your devixe.)
