  Big day for our oldest— braces come off today! So I just wanted to take a minute to let you know our family is so impressed with the care from the entire team here.
  
  Folks in front of house are friendly and welcoming making what could be a stressful or intimidating experience comfortable. This was extra important to our family while receiving care during the pandemic when our kiddo needed to go in on his own.
  
  Over the course of our treatment I typically called with any issues over the lunch hour (while they’re away from their desk) and needed to leave a message. This made me smile for 2 reasons: I always got a call back almost immediately after lunch but for sure by end of day; I value a team culture that takes care of each-other by closing for lunch.
  
  Dr Joe took great care to explain their plan to improve our kiddos’ smile and help us come to an informed decision we are comfortable with.
  
  Watching our kiddos’ smile change and their confidence grow over the past two years has been wonderful experience and we’re happy we choose Braces by Joe. :)

  If you need to get braces go to Dr. Joe. I do not write reviews often but, from the very start to now I have had a wonderful experience within every interaction I've encountered. When you’re in his office you can tell everyone really cares about providing the best service they can. I currently have Kaiser insurance but, I do not have ortho coverage. I was recommended to come here because at the time an ortho consult through KP was about a 6-month wait or more. When I called Dr. Joe’s office it went to voicemail but, they returned my phone call the very next day. The rep genuinely asked me if I had any concerns and assured me that they would be able to accommodate my needs. (I need implants and was recommended to get braces first). Before my ortho consult with Dr. Joe, my KP Dentist ran some scans to provide to whichever orthodontist I decided to go with. During the process Sheri (treatment coordinator) was wonderful, she did everything she could on her end to get the scans before my appointment. Unfortunately, Sheri did not get the scans she needed before my appointment (the standard time to get scans from KP at the time was 2 weeks or more).
  
  When I came into the office I met Sheri in person. Sheri was very pleasant, gave me all the information I needed, and also made sure I expressed my concerns. After taking some pictures of my mouth/teeth I met Dr. Joe and Hank (office dog who is very well behaved, there’s also another dog I haven’t met yet, Snoopy). When meeting Dr. Joe he was very professional, sincere, and informative. I want to mention my case is a bit complicated due to me needing implants and having to communicate back and forth between my KP dentist. When Dr. Joe was explaining this, there was no expression of not wanting to help me out or hesitation, he was actually eagered to help me!
  
  I told him I could tell he runs a great practice and that made his day! 😊 After that Sheri went over the cost of everything and how their payment plan works. I was sold due to my experience with everyone and with how flexible their payment plan is. They even squeezed me in last minute for a scan right before everyone’s lunchtime, that way I could get my braces on my next appointment. The tech who ran the scans for my mouth was also nice and didn’t show any eagerness to rush through things, even though it went a little past her lunchtime. On my next appointment to get my braces I was super nervous because on top of getting braces they would also be placing a fake tooth. Dr. Joe made sure the tooth looked realistic! I really appreciated his work ethic and his passion to do a good job. He even shaped the tooth making sure it fit nicely AT LEAST over 5 times. After everything was finished, the tech gave me a mirror to make sure I was pleased with the results and I was! From there Dr. Joe/tech went over the treatment plan. The only downside I can think of is one of my ligature ties broke or snapped off that night on Thursday and their office is closed Friday to Sunday (Wahoo 3 day weekend for such an awesome office!). I had to wait until Monday BUT they were able to squeeze me in as soon as 20mins from when they called me, bright and early Monday morning. Overall I wrote a book review lol, Go to Dr. Joe office you will not regret coming here!

  I love visiting Dr. Joe’s office. Staff are very accommodating, professional, and on top of things. They are also always so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions or concerns promptly. We were in and out in no time although I do love hanging out Milligan and/or Hank while we wait. Personally it’s my favorite part of the visit. We always look forward to seeing everyone again.   As somebody who's terrified of the dentist/orthodontist thanks to receiving poor dental treatment as a child, Braces by Dr. Joe was actually a fun experience for me. If you or your children need their teeth taken care of, I'd come here. You'll be treated kindly, gently and respected no matter your background or financial situation. Thank you to the team and Dr. Joe for helping me feel human again.

  I am living proof that you are never too old to get braces! The results are so good that I only wish I had decided to do it sooner. (I am 65 and just had my braces removed.) From start to finish, I had a great experience with Dr. Joe and the entire staff at Braces by Dr. Joe. I received quality care each and every time. Dr. Joe is a skillful orthodontist who wants the very best results for you. And his staff is extremely capable and super nice. All in all, a fantastic experience. If you are thinking about getting braces, do it! They will take great care of you.
