We had a drippy toilet shut off valve. I called to have it fixed and to replace the valves on the other 2 toilets, as well. Chris was able to come out in the same week. He showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He gave us a fair price on the expected work.

After he started working on the first valve, what seemed like a very simple job turned into something far more complicated. Four and a half hours later, I was breaking out the checkbook, resigned to the fact that this was going to be far more than we had planned for. Surprisingly, Chris honored the same quote that he gave me at the start of the job. We have done lots of repairs and upgrades on our home and have worked with various trades people, none have impressed me like this company.

These good folks will be our go to for our plumbing needs from now on.

I called this morning to request assistance in clearing two clogged drains, and by 4:30 THIS AFTERNOON the work was done.

I hired them to inspect under my house for potential leaks. The plumber arrived on time and did an inspection. No leaks... no charge. Just gave me peace of mind. So technically they didn’t preform a service but I will use them if and when I do need a plumber since they were so prompt and professional. I always worry that I’ll get taken for a ride because they could literally tell me anything and I’d believe... but now I won’t worry about that. Honesty and professionalism is top priority and they delivered!

Chris arrived on time with crew and equipment to install a new main water line on my property. I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with his work. Found out we our water main was leaking, called and they came out the next day. Quick estimate and a fair price. They made sure we had water service, that wasn't leaking, over the weekend and while all the work was done. We didn't have to call anyone else or lift a finger. A week later we have a better system than when we started. No garbage, no mess. These guys were quick and professional. If I have another issue or project, I will definitely hire them again.
