  Sophia is a very knowledgeable clinician that has an innate ability to help you feel at ease and create a safe space to open up in. She is warm, friendly, non-judgmental, and absolutely great at working with clients to meet their goals. PDX Therapy Center uses a 70 - 75 minute session model for therapy. We have found this to be much more effective than the traditional 45 - 50 PDX Therapy Center does not accept any insurance. Unfortunately, insurance companies often dictate length of treatment, the therapeutic approach used...
