  Good Chinese food. I liked the egg foo young a lot. I ordered a huge meal for two people- three entrees and an appetizer. The total bill was $60 including tip. It was a little too expensive but other than that no complaints. Only compliments.

  Can’t speak to the lounge, but my friend and I stopped in here for lunch and had a great time.
  Clean environment, super friendly and attentive service, and the food was super fresh. Really tasty too.
  I had the chow mein special, and my friend had the general chicken special, both of which cost maybe $11 and included fried rice, two big crab puffs, egg flower soup, and an egg roll. Crazy good value these days. We were happy campers, and will be returning for sure.

  This is a pretty run of the mill Chinese restaurant. I would say the food is good and you get a good amount of food for the price. However, it's not anything super special.
  
  They have lots of vegetarian, pork, beef, and chicken dishes to pick from.
  They have combo options and family options that give you more bang for your buck.
  
  My experience was with a group. It was a party and our group was in a back room separate from other customers. Once they took orders, the food came pretty fast
  Everyone got soup as the first course. My husband liked the soup, but it really seemed bland to me personally.
  We ordered the "A. Cantonese family choice". It came with crab puffs, egg roll, pork, a celery dish, scrambled egg dish, fried rice, and sweet n sour chicken. It was a lot of food for two people and we even shared with our daughter.
  Because we were with a larger party I was able to try their cashew chicken which was my favorite of all the dishes I tried.
  
  I suggest that if you go in a group of more than three people to pick a few dishes that everyone can share between the group vs ordering individual plates.
  
  The staff was very efficient and they even boxed our food for us.
  
  Fyi: because we were in a larger group, they automatically added a tip to the bill.
  
  As for wheelchair accessibility, I didn't notice if there was a step to get in, but the restaurant itself is level and dinner on a Saturday night was not very busy. (Our party was the bulk of the customers). It was crowded in the party room for one of our group who was in a wheelchair, however he was able to sit at a table in the center of the room.
  
  Safety in parking lot: I would advise not leaving valuables in your car. That part of town isn't as safe as it used to be.
  
  There is a lot of parking around the restaurant.

  This restaurant has been around for years. Dinner prices have gone up. So, I typically go for lunchonly duringthe week. I enjoy the dinner Egg Role they serve but I pay extra for it. I posted some pictures to demonstrate the difference between egg role and spring role. 😋 I hope the images speak to the taste.

  I go here when I visit Portland, in replacement of the late and great Ding Cheong restaurant. It's my substitute chinese restaurant when Ding Cheong shut down a few years ago. I miss that place. But Chu's is still good, I'd give it 5 stars had they not got rid of their combination specials that they had forever. The C-Virus has really taken a toll on a lot of things by restaurants removing some of their patented lunch specials that they used to offer. Other than that, the food is still good and I will always come here at least once when I come to visit. Check it out, still a great place to eat.

It's the neighborhood bar with a very low 'meat market' quotient. The food is good. The bartenders are fun and personable.
