Awesome customer service. Came in to get my ring sized bigger. Amazing service. Fast service. Had fun talking to the daughter while waiting for my ring to be resized. Wow, this is my new go-to jeweler. The owner is super nice and helped me pick out a beautiful new stone for my wedding band, after the original piece fell out. She set it the same day and cleaned my ring more thoroughly than I think it ever has been before. Will definitely go back for cleanings and any other jewelry needs. Thank you much!!

I have been going to Jessica Jewelers since they had a store in Vancouver. I love the owners and they have always been hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable.
