Fine group of people!?

I called Carquest with questions about my BMW X3 that wouldn't start thinking it was a battery issue. I was stuck at the airport in portland and I live in Spokane, WA, and Javier went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. He pointed me toward some mechanical shops that could help me get my car back on the road because he was afraid that my battery wasnt the problem. He was quick and efficient and super nice to me. He made sure I was taken care of before he hung up. Hes most definitely the most sincere person I've talked to. I am super happy with his service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Fast response, repaired only what needed to be. Even came when it was pouring, luckily was able to get part of my vehicle in my garage. Michael was very fast and friendly and will definitely be using him to help with any other mechanical needs

Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Great pricing, very knowledgeable, and the hardest to find in this area and industry, TRUSTWORTHY. I have an older vehicle that needs a few things fixed and I'm sure Mike will be in my driveway again shortly.

Cool calm and collected. Super hero when it comes to diagnosing vehicle issues. I feel like he should charge more for the service he provides because he is just that good at it. I highly recommend
