What a refreshing experience. The receptionists at the front desk called back promptly, and answered questions, was friendly, understood the urgency of us getting a storage unit same day and what kind. I haven’t had that type of customer service in a long time. If you’re reading this. Please consider doing something nice for her, she’s the kind of employee you want around
