(October 29, 2019, 12:43 am)I have been with EyeStyles for about three years when I finally regained coverage that extended beyond a basic eye exam. What a difference! Dr. Thorsland was able to correctly diagnose the correction I needed (very different from what I was previously prescribed). He took the time to answer every question I had about this new diagnosis and subsequent appointments have been equally as informative and very thorough.
I am also very impressed with everyone front-of-house. They are helpful with picking out frames, explaining coverage, and resolving issues with my new glasses (both were flukes and no fault of EyeStyles). I am very happy with the service and will continue to recommend them to others. -

My Dr. was exceptional in her navigation through the myriad of tests and never hesitated in answering questions or taking the time to explain what she was doing or what I could expect. The support staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

(March 18, 2019, 12:49 pm)Dr. Thorslund was very courteous and knowledgeable, and appeared to be actually interested in my vision situation and how to deal with it most effectively. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Only drawback was no privacy when completing the initial forms on current health and other pieces of personal info. Oral Q&A was in the smallish open lobby. Otherwise an excellent vision care site.
