  Logan helped us buy our new dream home, sell our old starter home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service Logan provided! With Logan, you get a real estate agent who brings a unique understanding of home building and repair, an agent who truly understands the Portland market, and an agent who will always deliver attentive service with a positive and upbeat attitude! Logan made us feel excited about buying and selling, and was a trusted partner throughout the entire process. We plan to use Logan for every real estate transaction in the future, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent!
  
  In our search for a new home, what really separated Logan was his knowledge of construction. From permitting and codes to finish quality, he was able to point out areas where the builder might have cut corners, and point out what we should consider luxury items. Logan would never let his clients fall for “lipstick on a pig” and helps them see beyond great staging to find a high-quality home they love. Ultimately, Logan’s vast knowledge and experience with real estate, both as an agent and as a former home building project manager, helped us find a home that we felt was perfect for us. Once we were in the offer stage, Logan coached us on what to expect and helped us remain calm in what is a very stressful time. His continuous communication and availability to answer questions made us feel at ease.
  
  When it came to selling our old house, Logan was just as wonderful. He helped us understand what our home was worth, the kind of buyers we’d be targeting, and set a listing price we felt comfortable with. Logan ran as many open houses as was necessary, ensured private listings ran smoothly, and we ultimately received an offer within three weeks of listing. Logan again coached us through the offer and how to counter back to the buyer. We always felt he had our best interests in mind while negotiating without risking the chance of the offer falling through. Finally, Logan was extremely helpful through the inspection period. There are always items found in inspection, and Logan helped us understand what should be our responsibility and what shouldn’t. He also sourced all of the vendors to do the repairs on our home at a very fair price; we didn’t have to worry about that part at all!

  Logan is very thorough with his research and gives the right information whenever needed. He is also very excited to answer any questions and learns about things he can't answer and explains in the next meeting without fail.
  He guided us very well throughout the whole process from showings to loan to home inspection. We haven't worked with a realtor who has this good level of commitment to the job. We felt a sense of trust and really enjoyed working with him. He went out and beyond to help us with everything for all our needs during the home purchase.
  He made sure everything is well set and perfect until we were settled in the new home. We worked with him for almost 6 months and his service is greatly appreciated by my wife and myself. He has great contacts that are all excited to work with you from home insurance to movers. He is a definite yes to recommend to any of our contacts and to anyone reading the review.   My mom is looking to move from Arizona to Portland, so I introduced her to Logan. I knew he was as positive and inspiring a guy as I'd come across, but I didn't know how that would translate to realty. I was delighted to see how attentively his listened to my mother's (unusual) wants and needs. He was honest, supportive and professional throughout the process. I've since learned about his background as a site manager for home improvement projects, which makes him a valuable resource for anybody looking to by a home that needs work. Highly recommended!

  Oh my! I can hardly put into words how fantastic of a human being Logan is. Logan has a deep well of knowledge when it comes to real estate, as well as managing new construction sites. He advocated for each and every one of his clients, no matter their circumstances.   It was a joy having Logan Gerritz as my real estate agent. The Portland market was very competitive this summer, which made buying my first home an even greater challenge.
