I am rarely blown away like I was with this facility. The service and facility are stellar, and Jerry was so very helpful, accommodating and a all around amazing individual. I wish my time here wasn't going to be so limited. Thank you Jerry for everything.

I had a wonderful experience here. Jerry was so helpful and provided outstanding customer service. We will definitely do business here again.

The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is because the listed address needs to be updated from S to SW Bancroft and this is problematic for first timers. Otherwise, this is a nice storage facility with good deals, parking, and a pretty good location. Definitely make sure you park in the proper designated parking spots or you will be towed.

Jerry rocks! I switched to a cheaper storage unit, but ended up moving my stuff back to this place. My belongings are very safe here. The staff, the units, and security are great. Can’t give them enough praise!

This is a fabulous storage facility - super clean and safe, with covered loading and unloading so the weather is never an issue. Jerry and staff provide top notch service. We are so thankful to have this place in our neighborhood, and it would be worth the drive if we lived further away. Thank you, South Waterfront Heated Storage!
