  Through myofascial release therapy, I was able to gain back use of body muscles particularly in the pelvic area, that I had not been able to use efficiently for many years. The ability to connect emotions to physical feelings has been a tremendous benefit. Jeanette is a skilled therapist whose an expert at teaching me to self treat to augment her therapeutic appointments.

  I feel compelled to tell you about the amazing therapy I've experienced with Jeanette at Therapy In The Forest! I've had 2 shoulder surgeries and my surgeon was not thrilled when I told him that I found a different kind of therapy with remarkable results for my post-surgery therapy.
