I've been managing 2 apartment communities for the past 6 years. Any time we have a pest control issue, NW Pest has been quick and dedicated to taking care of it. We have them doing our monthly services well as any issues that need to be handled quickly outside of our normal service dates. Kim in the office does dispatch and scheduling and she's a pleasure to talk with. Thier techs are very knowledgable and always willing to explain anything our residents have questions about.

I have used NWPC for properties I manage. I have been using them for 7 1/2 years. In this time they have always shown up and on time. They have resolved our issues time and time again. Cathy and her crew are sincerely amazing. The communication is amazing with them. They are very clear with the procedures needed for each different type of treatment. The prep sheets are right on their page in both English and Spanish. I would most definitely recommend them!
