I lived here for the past 2 years. It's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff are helpful and incredibly nice. The amenities are cool and stylish. My guests were always impressed by it. If I didn't need to relocate, I would've for sure stayed here longer. Shout-out to Edgar for being super helpful with my transition. Thank you AVA!!!

Tony and Edgar are the best persons in Ava Burbank and Ava Studio city. Tony is very attentive , kind . He knows everything . He is Trying to help new residents. He should be a big boss in Ava !!) Edgar also very kind, smart . He is professional . He resolved my issue 🙌🏻 Another persons who work at Lease Office are very poor, slow, unfriendly . They never gave me a call back , never responded on my emails . I recommend to work only with Tony and Edgar .

I just had an extremely satisfying experience with AVA Studio City. Miranda helped me with the whole application process and she is absolutely the very best consultant I have ever worked with! She is exceptionally professional, responsive, and caring. I am grateful for the fact that Miranda went extra miles to assist me in signing up my desired unit with my best interest in mind.

Although I am not currently physically in LA to tour the property, this rental experience has been made hassle-free, smooth, and exceedingly gratifying all thanks to Miranda Hassan!!! She carefully evaluated and compared the different unit options for me according to my needs, and offered valuable insights to help me make a final decision. I'd rate a million stars if I could! SO exciting to move in to this adorable property in September! Thank YOU, Miranda!!

I’ve been living at Ava Studio City since May of this year, and so far have loved it.

I specifically wanted to live here because of the great amenities. We have food trucks once or twice a week which are usually very good. Great gym, pool, lounge, and BBQ area.

They’ve started doing events which are really nice. Most recently there was a comedy show which had food/drinks for sale from a local restaurant and honestly I’d be happy even if they just had the food more often. Great way to mingle with other neighbors.

Maintenance is also very on top of things and they couldn’t be nicer. Rhondi in the leasing office is who I’ve interacted with the most when moving in and even after, and she’s just the best. But everyone else in the leasing office has been pleasant so far as well.

Security is usually pretty cool too. I only had one instance when having a BBQ/game night with other tenants. This guard was a little too focused on us, repeatedly coming over to ask us to quiet down (when we weren’t even really loud, just laughing). Being a fully grown adult, I don’t enjoy being supervised like a child. I don’t see how that would fit into their job description at all.

Aside from that, it’s been great!

Leasing agent Kenny showed me an apartment this morning at AVA Studio City. It's a great complex, with excellent amenities, and I was very pleased with what I saw. Best of all was Kenny--exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, competent. I'd been searching for a while for just the right place, and until today never dealt with such a pleasant helpful person. He's a great representative for AVA Studio City!
