“This shop has been recommended to me by a family member, but I was warned that the mechanic is rarely available. I stopped at this shop before over a year ago and the mechanic (older Asian gentleman) was not able to help me. He said he was too busy and told me to try again another time. I just ended up going elsewhere. Today (Friday) I went by around 1:30pm, no appointment, because my brake pads needed replacement. Same man was there and I walked in on an interaction he was having with another walk-in client. They were going back and forth about scheduling and prices. The client was just told to come back a different day. When the mechanic was done with the other client, he asked me what was wrong with my car. He kind of chuckled and told me to bring it in. I did so and he said he could replace the brake pads for me and quoted a reasonable price. I asked if I should schedule and appointment and he said no he would do it right then. There was definitely a language barrier and it was a little difficult to understand some things. I left the car with him and told him I’d be off work at 5pm. When 5pm rolled around I received a call from him saying my car was ready. The brakes were fixed and that was that! You do have to walk/drive in through the garage door as there is no regular door to go through. Pros: Affordable and fast Cons: Language barrier, no appointments and super busy...so have a backup.”

Even though we have since moved to the far east side of the area (Fairview), I'd never consider another dentist because Dr. Jarvis is simply the best. And besides that, he's also a wonderful person to interact with (not something I've found in every physician!) I recommend him without exception.”

“Turns out I had a hot water leak in the crawlspace. I am so grateful the first person that came out to take a look knows Andy Eberly and the Pure Environmental guys. Andy came out within 30 minutes and immediately got to work. I knew it was going to be a big deal when he started placing fans at the crawlspace vents. The crawlspace had severe water damage and there was mold growth. I didn’t know whether to cry or throw up. Andy and the guys at Pure Environmental were a godsend. They removed the mold, addressed the water damage and remodeled both damaged bathrooms. It was a big deal. Throughout it all, Andy and the guys were amazing. They left my house clean after each day of work. They were transparent about the scope of work and responsive to my many questions. They are very skilled at what they do. I have two beautiful remodeled bathrooms and a dry crawlspace as proof. I hope you don’t have to deal with water damage, but if you do, I highly recommend Pure Environmental. They are experts at what they do and really good human beings to boot.”
