“We lived here as a short term home between moves and it couldn't have been better. They were incredibly accommodating, from the first day tour, ease of move-in/move-out procedure, and speedy with all of our questions. They made it really easy to have a short term lease (3 months), there were zero problems adjusting move-in/move-out days to our convenience, and were quick getting us our deposit back. The location was great, especially for biking around Portland and eating on Williams/Mississippi/Alberta. Our dogs loved it. The view from our balcony was great. They had all the perks we wanted - new appliances with speedy maintenance anytime we had questions, big in unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, parking available (for a fee) etc. Would absolutely recommend it, especially for people looking for a short term lease while transitioning.”

“If they don't have it, they will find it. The East side of Portland had been void of a good Catholic bookstore for so long it is almost to good to be true!. Set in an old house a few blocks off Woodstock, they have books, candles, incense, jewelry, children's toys, and coffee and fudge made by real live monks. I rarely leave without a purchase or two and if you buy a book, well there are two comfy couches and a free cup of monk coffee right there so you can start reading!”
