Simple, right? But how often do we forget that it's possible to think/feel and move/do at the same time? Now, when I find myself sitting in a ruminating, calcifying lump, I might borrow Bob's voice to tell myself: "Let's do a few dishes (walk around the block, stand up and stretch) while we're thinking."
