I had seen my Sports physician, went to physical therapy for 5 months, acupuncture, and a pain management doctor all in hopes to successfully to try to get to the bottom of resolving my de-habilitating neck pain. I spent an entire year of seeking out different treatment options and was still left with daily pain. Charles was able to assess and pinpoint the cause of my pain within one visit. Delightfully, my pain level was able to be lowered by the end of my first visit. With the daily use of homework exercises, my pain level has continued to decrease. “Tony Romero is excellent! He is patient, honest, down to earth, and on-of-a-kind. No pressure sales tactics. He dealt with us honestly from start to finish and I would recommend buying an RV from him 10 times out 10. Plus he is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. We purchased an RV from him and it took awhile to get because of COVID. Also the unit was very in demand and the price went up while we were waiting for the unit to come in, and he made sure the price we saw on Day 1 was honored. So that was incredibly awesome. Tony Romero has excellent customer service skills, is very communicative, and he made what could have been a stressful experience end up being a very pleasant experience. Also, the overall staff at this facility is for the most part just incredible. We were fortunate to work with people who were kind, informative, educational, etc. We were first time RV buyers so having this type of experience was really great, they made sure that we were pointed in the right direction and we were given a basic education about how to get started with maintenance, things to know, etc. We really appreciated every part of the experience and we will definitely go back!!”
