My HOA has been working with Shamrock since March 2022. I interviewed 3 companies, and Shamrock was by far our first choice. They are a small, family-run and local company. They have been so pleasant to work with and have gone above and beyond to help us with several issues. Their suggestions, guidance, and expertise have been very valuable. I had been hesitant to engage a management company, but they proved me wrong. It was a great decision to hire Shamrock!
We have been a self managed HOA for close to 50 years. It is a big decision when deciding to work with a management co., especially when you hear so many rumors and I'm sure may of those stories are true.

As with any change, there are a few processes to work out in order to fit your individual needs, but the whole team is more than willing to help out and they did!
All of the employees have their individual areas of expertise, but all of them can cross to other areas.
We consider our working relationship with Shamrock as a partnership. They want us to succeed just as much as we do.
