(March 21, 2021, 9:53 am)We’ve lived here for over a year and can say it has been a pleasant experience. I love the nature trails and have never had any issues living at Element170. Management has been kind and proactive. Whenever we needed maintenance done, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Jessica is super sweet and I appreciate her extra effort to work with us in finding a 2 bedroom unit within the complex. I would recommend anyone to live here.

(December 30, 2020, 11:29 am)Lovely place to live. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. Always someone in office during the week and they go above and beyond to help out. Utilities are a bit high.

(October 7, 2020, 12:33 am)We relocated 2 yrs ago coming from California, we are happy living at Element 170 office. I love that is near to grocery shopping, and nature park trails. The leasing office & maintenance staff are super helpful & responsive. Would definitely recommend.
