Sleep Technologies - CPAP, Ventilation & Home Oxygen Therapy

I have Sleep Apnea Central and Obstructive. My apnea's were every minute and a half. The doctor was adjusting my bi-pap machine but not enough. Carlos Chavez at Sleep Technologies in Beaverton, Oregon kept contacting my doctors office until they got it right! After 4 months the doctor is helping me correctly my numbers just dropped by 50%! If Carlos Chavez would not have fought for me I would not be doing this well! I feel better, I wake up after sleeping for 8 hours now and I am looking forward to driving again! After reading the reviews I was a little nervous about how things would go when my doctor sent me here. Especially when the first time I called, I got voice mail. Well, I had a return call within 5 minutes, the woman was very helpful and friendly and I had an appointment scheduled for the following week. My appointment was on time, quick, efficient and Sami was great! I am very happy with the service I received and am thankful for them getting me in so quick. Thank you!

Was referred to Sleep Technologies after the in-house DME kept failing to fix issue with mask fit, old CPAP machine, etc. My doctor finally got tired of my complaints and referred me here.

I had a very pleasant experience, received a modern Bi-PAP with a patient walk-through of how to use and care for it. They also instantly recognized the problem I was having with leaks... I was given too large of a mask. They gave me a medium, had me try it on to make sure and my mask no longer leaks! I have a beard, so this is a life-saver and I've never slept better.

The people in the office were polite, on-time, and very knowledgeable. I see a lot of complaints on here about ordering supplies. I haven't done that yet, but if I have problems, I'll update this review. For now, they are rock-stars. :)

Lets start with me saying with any DME provider one can think even state to state NOONE can master any credential Sleep Technologies possesses. This both in handling and providing each patient with the very best in care and the respect we as patients truly deserve. Foremost every patient is a priority for their health needs and not just the profit margin........,

FYI after the demean and disgrace neverend drama that Norco Medical caused me Sleep Technologies is a god send. Hillary and Claudia in Clackmas Location are amazing in structure and its setup a patient needs. Joanne in the Beaverton Office with any problem be it with any insurance or billing error she masters its resolution for each patient. To the most part and vast need Samantha P the therapist she is a rank that surpasses excellence.

She does not (like Norco Medical) use especially, the Medicare Guidelines to provide and suit the companys tactic and needs! Samantha is precise in educating us as patients for all part replacements when they are done and what not. Moreso and precise to the patient’s insurance and their actual guidelines of that insurance and so forth. She strides to make the patient understand all structure A -Z! Foremost the compliance stage which is crucial in therapy for the patient on CPAP and particular to the actual Medicare Guidelines. Samantha says she loves her job and the woman proves it in every way possible to its company and patients.

Jason is an immense credential that completes this DME as an entity, as well as a DME Provider and as its team! He like Samantha will listen to whatever a patient may tackle and actually help them. After my interact with Norco Medical I was forced to educate myself within the DME yay and nay tact I can say I am in vast knowledge and thensome. My review is of Sleep Technologies but, because I got burnt with Norco Medical and Sleep Technologies was its resolution to this Norco Medical destruction. Sleep Technologies is superiority on every level and I thank them for existing especially to its patients!
