(January 22, 2020, 5:11 am)They are always fast and prompt and courteous. The location is always clean. It's nice that the doctor's office also has an attached lab and pharmacy. The staff always seems very friendly and my doctor does seem to be concerned about everything that I mention to her, no matter how small.

(September 30, 2019, 9:42 am)I have seen Dr Cann for two separate work injuries. She has been kind, caring and professional. The first time, I had been to a different clinic and I switched to Dr Cann on the recommendation of a friend. I will say that the office is busy, and it was difficult to get my first appointment. When I came for that appointment, the office staff was prompt and courteous, and Dr Cann's thorough assessment found neurological weakness that the other provider had completely missed! I trust her skills and know that she truly wants me to get better.

Empathy means everything and I have experienced nothing less at NOMC. I am excited to get this splint off and get down to business. And the staff is super sweet. So grateful Caremark referred me. XOXO
