  Dr. Hoy is an absolute DELIGHT to work with! Very kind and compassionate. She is also very knowledgable in complex care and has helped alleviate many of my EDS symptoms.

  Dr. Hoy is warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has a gentle touch and really listens to my concerns. Ive had a few frustrating experiences with other chiropractors in the past who have been heavy handed and who I felt didn't have my best interests at heart. Dr. Hoy is different. I would recommend her all day long!

  Dr. Hoy helped treat my lower back and I occasionally visit to get my ribs put back into place - I had no idea that was where my back pain was coming from! She gives really good explanations as to what is happening but isn't afraid to tell you about any uncertainty she has.
  
  The office has gentle music and she can switch to a soft/dim lighting very easily. In both the waiting room and the treatment room there are toys for kids to occupy themselves while you get your treatment. There's even markings on the wall for taking the kids' measurements.

  I have been seeing Dr. Hoy for about 2 years now. Before seeing her, I had been to many other chiropractors. Dr. Cassandra has taken the time to really listen and to treat me as an individual, and for that I feel she is the best healthcare provider I've ever had. She takes the time to really listen and to cater her treatments to my unique situation. I've suffered from sciatic pain for years, and her treatments have made them go away. I've also had issues with jaw pain, which she has practically cured in just a few visits. She continues to work with me on issues I have with my ribs as well. It seems whatever I throw at her, she works with me to come up with solutions. My pain levels have dropped dramatically each time I go in, and I feel like I am getting my life back. I am a somewhat complex case too, as I have some chronic arthritis conditions in my past. Her new clinic location is lovely and contributes so much to the whole experience while you're there. I would say she can help anyone, but I especially recommend her to the patient who has seen many doctors and is still looking for someone that can really listen and work with them on their situation.
