Stopped by here while visiting the area. Due to a shortage of staff you have to order by yourself at the kiosk which I actually do not mind. The woman named Lois who brings your food out was very nice and friendly to us. We did go back again the next day and she remembered us. Despite the work shortage the food came out quick and hot.

I wish that my insurance would've covered my treatment at Pacific West. They are family owned and extremly friendly.

Dr. Sill is an experienced, kind & caring chiropractor that genuinely listens to her patients. Her support staff is friendly & efficient. Today, Jenelle (may be spelled wrong) took the time to review my statements with me, let me know of the balance on my account & sent a check. She has helped me understand insurance claims in the past too. They are really accommodating with the schedule to book appointments during convenient hours and even some Saturdays!

Amazing place!! I‘ve always been a little scared to go to the chiropractor. Got grossed out when anyone popped their neck... I let her know from the beginning that I was a little nervous. She communicated everything she was about to do and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. From the welcome in to the farewell, this place is the bees knees.

They are fantastic here. They treat me like family. Katie is a very good listener and really cares about you feeling better. Highly recommend.
