I have had so many bad experiences with my hair lately that I didn’t know what to really expect anymore as far as getting quality service and what I wanted. Kari made me feel heard. She was so sweet and listened to me whine about my hair before recommending exactly what I needed and wanted before I even knew it. I can’t wait to come back so she can help me reach my hair goals.
