(July 7, 2016, 6:15 pm)We rented a SUV at Hillsboro Oregon and planned to drive one way to Chicago. 100 miles down the road my wife wanted to drive and gave it a try. Found the vehicle too big to manipulate. So we went to Boise airport exchanged it for a small compact car. Then it was a plain sailing all the way to Chicago. Car pick up, exchange and return went as smooth as a knife through a ripe avocado :-). 3 kudos to Budget!!
