A nice peaceful relaxing place to take a break between my driving hours
Wonderful place to walk. This is a great area for leash-training that is filled with all the fun smells. Trees offer great protection from downpour rain, and hot sun.
Always a pleasurable walk. Occasionally flooded and then shorter walks. Very nice. Extending century Blvd at the east side of park, is limiting trail walks.
A delightful walk in the forest. Has toilets year round and parking. The trails are short, but it's still a fun outing for those housebound.
This is a great Park for walking, especially if you have a dog. The trails are mostly covered by mature trees so it's quite pleasant on hot summer days. There's also a variety of trails. Most are wide and paved, but there are also wood chip and gravel/dirt trails. The latter can be narrow, so have a mask handy if you need to pass someone and can't keep six feet of distance.
Rock Creek runs through the middle of the park with two bridges to cross it. There are parking lots at the north and south ends of the park with clean wheelchair accessible bathrooms. There is plenty of overdue maintenance that needs to happen, but not so much that it loses it's fifth star.
