Wow! Just wow….I can no longer go to any other dealership or salesperson ever again. Alex Arellano was one of the most professional, tentative and caring car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with and this is saying a lot…my now deceased father was the Director of Operations for over 20 years at a VERY large, well known, Washington car dealership group and honestly, I never received the kind of service Alex provided. Even with me being ‘family’ in the other dealership. He sent videos showing me their sales and current deals to help me along in my buying process. The amount of time, detail and effort he put into helping me find the right car, without badgering me or being pushy so he could make ‘a sale’, was impressive and thorough.
