One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right.
