    We recently used May and Associates for a residential appraisal prior to purchasing. Matt did an excellent and very thorough job. He was quick to respond to both emails and phone calls, and spent a substantial amount of time viewing the house and answering our questions. (We had more than a few.)

    The report we received was very thorough and his conclusions well justified and accurate in my estimation. He treated us with respect, and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism when he was on site and after the report was delivered. I would definitely recommend them, and fully expect to use them again if we need appraisal services.
