Their staff is professional and take their time to make sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. I have never felt like just “another client” They ensure you know you’re important to them and it shows in their work!
Their prices are fair-not the cheapest in the business but I have tried other companies and always come back to them because they are the best! -

Kevin called with 30 minutes notice before arriving at the designated time window. He was also very friendly and professional. The carpets loo great! Very happy with A-Plus! -

We have two cats, and he works extra diligently to get out the pet stains and odors. We so appreciate the job they do to keep our carpets clean and refreshed!
UPDATE: Three weeks after Kevin cleaned our carpets, we accidentally dribbled coffee on a main thoroughfare of our carpet. We all know what coffee can do to a carpet and that getting it cleaned up quickly is so important! Even tho they were extremely busy, Kevin fit us in at the end of a busy day and cleaned the coffee mess. We are so appreciative of their prompt response, excellent work, thoroughness and professionalism. I can’t say enough good things about A+ Carpet Cleaning and the care and concern they show to their customers. I won’t ever use any other company. They are fabulous! Thank you, Kevin! -

(August 18, 2020, 1:03 pm)From start to finish, these guys are professionals. They responded the same day to my inquiry and got me on their schedule quickly. Their communication throughout was superb, including follow up. I’ve had other carpet cleaners in my house who could never get the stairs clean, but these guys did it. The clincher was they got several areas of putty out of the carpet, and I didn’t even have to tell them where they were. One was hidden in my child’s closet underneath a shelf! Professional, timely, thorough. I will definitely use them again.
