I always have excellent experiences with the staff here. Today, Amy did a blood draw for me, and I never felt the needle go in. I mean not even a tiny poke. It doesn't hurt the lab is decorated in Labrador dog photos, either.

PDEC is a very busy practice, so be prepared to wait a bit for your first appointment. Once there, though, you can expect a productive visit. I found the whole staff to be friendly and competent. Dr. Grady is a force of nature: he's thoroughly educated in his field and he applies his knowledge with academic rigor. I was cared for with respect and I felt like his primary goal was to help me feel as well as I possibly can. The phlebotomists in the lab were excellent at what they do, and the front office staff was kind and welcoming. I feel I have gained a real resource here.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Grady is amazing as always and very thorough! Happy to come back and would recommend to anyone!

Check in was courteous and prompt; same with the nurse and scheduling. Dr. Bergstrom is great - pleasant and treats me like a team member in my healthcare vs talking down.
