When I called, the shop was very helpful and friendly to order from and they delivered the balloons on time despite a snow storm coming into Portland. My grandmother was absolutely thrilled and delighted with the delivery! It's a fantastic alternative to sending flowers. I highly recommend Bouquets & Balloons and will order from them again.
