  I got my first mini from these guys today. A 2020 Mini Countryman All4. The whole sales experience was awesome! Patrick, (the sales representative that helped me out with the process ) was super patient, helpful, knowledgeable and overall just wonderful to work with. I started the process online and I explained him that I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership so he gladly received all the information via email/text and he got to work. I was amazed by him having everything ready for me to just come in test drive the vehicle, sign contracts and get going. Without asking him, I got huge discounts and a payment plan that was way under my budget.
  
  I definitely recommend you to ask for Patrick if you are thinking of buying a vehicle at Mini Of Portland.

  Thank you for helping me find the perfect Mini! I previously bought a 15 Cooper a few years ago from Bryn that I absolutely loved. But I was ready to upgrade and I wanted a Countryman with All4. I saw one online and Patrick helped us test drive it, but it wasn’t everything that I wanted. Patrick helped me look at some more options, but we didn’t find the right one that checked off all the boxes for me. I wanted more luxury for what my budget seemed to allow. He really went through all options helping to try and find a solution. Lance brought in another option that ticked all the boxes, and Patrick worked to make my trade and finances work. Bryn helped with finalizing the finance side, he thought of everything! And we got a plan that works with my budget. They really went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me, great deal on the trade in, and I left with a 2020 model I didn’t even think would work with my budget, but it does! We will be in touch with Patrick for when my husband is ready for his next car!

  Even though I wanted a non-Mini car, I wanted to buy from Mini of Portland after hearing nothing but positive reviews from my Mini owner friends. Also, I had negative experiences at the Toyota and Honda dealerships in town. It was night/day difference: at Mini I felt like royalty. At other dealerships I felt ignored and pushed around. I bought a used Honda Fit from from Francis Fernandez at Mini, who I highly recommend! He was hands down the best car salesman I have ever met: polite, attentive, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at home. There was no hassle negotiations with the price as well! I left with an excellent car at an excellent price and piece of mind with Mini's Limited full warranty included in the price :) look forward to visiting for my lifetime oil changes!

  By far and away the best service my wife and I have ever had buying a car. Kim was amazing and DJ made the financing a breeze. All the staff are super friendly and laid back. If you're in the market for a MINI or see a car on their lot, definitely speak with Kim! Super grateful to for everything they did.
  
  And kid friendly too! Our kiddo loved running around their department.

  Patrick Person went way out of his way to help me pick the perfect Mini Countryman for my wife's birthday. I went in there looking at a specific car that I found on their website and when I got there it wasn't exactly what I thought it was... I missed that it was not an All4. Patrick took the time to search the inventory for a car that was as close to the car that I came in for as possible, but with All4. He found exactly what I was looking for in their inventory and we took it for a drive. It was perfect! My wife couldn't have been happier with her birthday gift and I owe it to Patrick for sticking with me and finding the car that was spec'd exactly the way she wanted it!
