  Our company switched over to Northwest Benefit Strategies back in July 2021. It's been a HUGE undertaking switching all of our employees over to new healthcare and benefit plan. However, well worth all the work. Plus, working with Megan has been great. She is very good at what she does as she is very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. I was a little concerned at first, as I really liked our previous agent but they weren't able to offer us the health insurance plan we were wanting to go with. This is how I ended up with Megan. Knowing that our employees have a great benefit package is so comforting. Thank you Megan for all your hard work and spending many hours helping us through this process.

  Megan is amazing. She is so easy to work with! She is knowledgeable and her customer service is outstanding. She has help our company get completely set up with health insurance and she continues to check in and service our account. Whenever I call Megan she responds immediately and she always makes time to listen and handle our request. It's nice to have Megan in our corner! I can always count on her!

  Megan was so great to work with. She was super patient with me as all this insurance information just swirls around in my head. She even helped me compare what is available to our family for individual insurance through her with plans available through a professional organization I belong to as well as the plan offered by my husband's job. Even though two of those would mean I would not get to be a client of hers she still took the time to help me navigate and compare ALL my options! I will be referring Megan to everyone I know looking for help navigating insurance plan options!

  I reached out to Megan to help me piece together a plan to provide health coverage to my parents, as a way to help them retire sooner working only part-time for me.
  
  Within a week of my email, she scheduled a meeting, prepared multiple options for us to review and ultimately helped us make the best choice possible to reach our goals.
