We have an older Kenmore washer and dryer, we were having problems with the washer called WVA. Mark promptly came out did a thorough inspection of both appliances and did a great job of describing the issues, and based on his knowledge and explanations my husband and I were able to make a decision with complete confidence. Mark is very experienced, considerate, polite, and will help you understand what, if any, your appliance problems are so you ,the customer ,are comfortable making necessary decisions. Great Job Mark.

Found water on the floor coming from my refrigerator. After the technician came out I learned I had a clogged drain in my refrigerator called a few days ago, during the holiday season. Someone Mark, came out to my house within a week fast friendly, efficient service my refrigerator is like new great repair very reasonable price.

I had an emergency yesterday where my clothes were locked in the washing machine the door would not open and there’s no easy way to get it open. We have guests coming in to town and I not only have a ton of laundry my clothes are stuck in there soaked. I called about 10 places and of course they are all swamped and I’m not mad at anyone who couldn’t come out but there were two companies (and I’ll review the other as well) who were like omg let’s see what we can figure out to help you. And these guys don’t even service my area and still managed to schedule someone to come help me the next day. Now miraculously the door opened that evening and I’m back to laundry as usual so I did call to cancel the repair guy. But I feel like when. Someone goes out of their way to attempt to help when they really don’t have time to they should get a shout out. So that’s what this review is. I’ve only worked with the lovely lady who answered the phone but I wanted to say thanks and if that door ever gets locked again I would call them. If you need someone try these people they’re super nice and that’s a lot these days (unfortunately 🤦🏻‍♀️).

While the repair was not possible, Mark found a new unit that had been returned as no longer needed as ordered. We scooped it up and installed the very next day!
Can’t say enough about a great company

Nothing less than Amazing! We needed a new dryer and we were in a tight spot as we just lost a family member. After the tech who came out and saw all the flowers around the house he mentioned that to his boss saying “we need to help these people out”. Next day the owner called us directly and helped us out. We got a refurbished dryer for a great price. It may not be the latest and greatest but we’ve had it for over a month now and it still runs as good as a new one. We have never dealt with such a caring owner before and we’re very thankful for them. Thank you for everything!!!
