Leslie and Todd are the absolute best. We always knew we wanted to move into a bigger house eventually, but didn't think anything in our price range would become available in the area we wanted. When we saw a house on Zillow, I contacted Leslie - she got back to me the same day. We made on offer on the house within 3 days, then got our house on the market about 6 days after that. We had an offer well-above asking within 9 hours of our house hitting the market! It was such a whirlwind of activity, and we could not have gotten though that process without Leslie and Todd. They always made sure our best interests were being represented, they answered our questions honestly and quickly, and more than delivered every single step of the way. Not being from the portland area, we didnt have any contacts there. We acquired a home and needed to sell it asap. A neighbor suggested a few realtors and we ultimately decided to go with Leslie and McCabe realty. Our home was not a typical move in ready home. It needed a fair amount of work to sell. Leslie was extremely helpful in suggesting and even setting up appointments for repairs. We ran into several problems with contractors and she along with her husband Todd were always there to answer our questions and help us through it. They knew what repairs were a necessity and what we could leave for the buyer. Leslie also staged our home and made what was an older outdated house look a little more homey and eye catching. A professional photographer was hired and he along with Leslie were able to get amazing photos and even a drone shot of the property. She went beyond what we expected and was able to sell our home quickly and for top dollar in a time when interest rates are going up and house prices are going down. She was kind and always kept us up to date on any new developments. If I had another home to sell in that area I would hire her in a heart beat.
